On October 23rd of 2018, Chinese President Xi Jinping announced the opening of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HZMB). One year on, the world's longest cross-sea bridge has served as a lynch pin for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area supporting the free flow of talent, goods and capital among three places.
