Recently, Shenzhen has published 18 measures to benefit residents from Hong Kong and Macao who study, work, start businesses and live in the city, to ensure they are treated as local residents, making them feel more comfortable.

Such a move means a lot for the Greater Bay Area (GBA) and will help to attract Hong Kong and Macao residents to participate in the development of GBA and Shenzhen Pilot Demonstration Area of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics.

Since the construction of Greater Bay Area, Guangdong, together with Hong Kong and Macao have made progress in developing a dynamic, competitive bay area and a world-class city cluster. This is an area of a promising future.
